Working with Lea has been great! She develops a program that is not only tailored to your needs but also sustainable. No fad or crash dieting, no “bad” foods, or shame.

I had issues with disordered eating related to stress and she equipped me right away with tools for handling and overcoming the triggers during a time of crazy upheaval for me. This was huge because for me, addressing the behavioral is just as important as the nutrition itself.

Most importantly, her approach really is focused on building the knowledge and skill set to apply a healthy diet to life, one that factors in holidays, family, times of upheaval, busy schedules, cooking preferences, etc.

Highly recommend Lea!!

You think you want weight loss, but that's not actually what you're chasing…

What you really want is to feel comfortable in your body. To stop obsessing over food. To go through your day without constantly thinking about what you ate or what you're going to eat next.

You want to feel confident getting dressed in the morning. To enjoy meals without guilt. To stop avoiding photos, plans, and moments because of how you feel about your body.

You want peace. Freedom. Space in your brain for things that actually matter.

What you're looking for isn't on the other side of a diet. It's on the other side of ditching diet culture altogether.

💬 Comment “READY” if you’re done with the food noise and want support finding peace again.

If you feel like you "overate" this weekend, I need you to hear this first: You didn't do anything wrong.

But I know the guilt is probably loud right now. And your brain is already planning how to "fix" it.

So here's what NOT to do 👇

Don't skip meals today to "make up for it."
Don't punish yourself with extra exercise.
Don't spiral into shame and promise to "be better" tomorrow.
Don't step on the scale.
Don't let one weekend dictate how you feel about your entire body.

Your body doesn't need punishment. It needs consistency.

You ate food. That's it. That's what bodies do. It doesn't require damage control, compensation, or a fresh start on Monday.

What it requires is you showing up today: eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner like you would any other day.

Treat yourself the way you'd treat someone you love who's going through a hard time. With kindness. With patience.

Not punishment.

You deserve that.

💬 Save this if you need the reminder. And if you're tired of living in this cycle, I'm here when you're ready to break it.

I said it and I'll say it again!

The diet industry makes $72 billion a year convincing you that you're broken.

That your body can't be trusted. That you need their products, programs, and plans to be worthy of existing.

So yeah, I'm going to keep saying them. Even if it makes people uncomfortable. Even if I lose followers. Even if I get hate.

Because your healing and sanity matters more than the diet industry’s profit margins. And your freedom matters more than the influencers who profit from protecting it.

If you're waiting for recovery to feel easy, I need to be honest with you, it won't.

Recovery is messy. It's uncomfortable. It's two steps forward, one step back. Sometimes it's one step forward, three steps back.

Some days you'll feel like you're finally getting it. Other days you'll wonder if you've made any progress at all.

You'll have moments where eating feels normal, and then suddenly it doesn't.

You'll trust your body one day, and doubt it the next.
You'll feel proud of yourself, then immediately guilty for feeling proud.

And all of that is part of it.

Recovery isn't linear. It's not perfect. It's not fast. And it's definitely not comfortable.

But it IS worth it.

Because on the other side of all that mess? There's freedom. There's peace. There's a life where food doesn't run the show anymore.

You don't have to do it perfectly. You just have to keep going.

If you want a teammate for this next chapter, I’m here.

Diet culture really said "let me create the problem AND sell you the solution" and made billions doing it.

The playbook is simple:
Step 1: Convince you that your body is wrong.
Step 2: Sell you a diet to "fix" it.
Step 3: Wait for the diet to fail (because they all do).
Step 4: Tell you it's YOUR fault for not trying hard enough.
Step 5: Sell you another diet.
Step 6: Repeat forever.

The whole system is designed to keep you coming back. Because if diets actually worked long-term, the $72 billion diet industry would collapse.

So they need you to believe you're the problem. That you just haven't found the "right" plan yet. That THIS time will be different.

But here's the truth 👉 You were never the problem. The system is.

Diets don't fail because you lack willpower. They fail because they're designed to fail. And you don't need another one.

What you need is to stop playing a game that was rigged from the start.

Lea was recommended to me by a friend. I have a relative with Crohn’s disease and they require a very specific diet. I did a few telemedicine “visits” with Lea and she was able to give me so much information on what foods are good and where to find them. Such a life saver.
